recently purchased new z900 service I received was very good ,what led me to purchase from kd motorcycle, was the helpfulness from Chris with his honesty and knowledge, as I had done a bit of research on this machine for best price and availability and out of 3 local dealers he seemed the most helpful, others didn't seem to have the info he gave me so was no brainier to purchase from them thanks Chris

Rick was particularly helpful, understanding and friendly and guided me toward replacing my Triumph (which I loved and kept for >9 years) with a new KTM Adventure and I'm blown away by the ease of handling and the feeling of control and confidence it provides. An absolute joy to ride. Just need now to avoid the poor weather so I can get enough miles on the clock to have the first service.

I’ve bought a bike from these guys in the past and now use them to service my KTM. Every time I have made contact they’ve been friendly and helpful and go out of their way to look after me and the bike. Totally recommend them as a dealer and a garage.

22/12/20 Multistrada 950s. Made my initial enquiry via AutoTrader and was very pleased to get an almost immediate reply. Can't fault the communication with any of the salesman. I was satisfied with a very fair part-ex valuation and the price of the Ducati was competitive. Can't say how haggling over the price would have gone, I didn't, I think given the current situation dealers need our support if they are still going to be there for us when things get back to normal. Delivery driver not available only 3 days before X-Mas so went down to collect myself. Everything's a bit weird with covid-19 but my showroom experience was pleasant enough. The bike had been prepared to a high standard and even had half a tank of fuel. Told that as a customer I would be looked after for any gear I might need in the future. Overall a pleasant and painless experience and the bike's a corker

I have just took delivery of 2011 Bonneville America from KD Motorcycles at Accrington dealing most of the time with Ian McDermont, but I have to say any contact with the rest of the team was first rate, down to earth and honest response at all times. At the initial discussion around purchasing the bike they were open to negotiation and a deal was struck. The bike was delivered in the first instance on Wednesday with full service and MOT in place, unfortunately while transit it appears the ignition switch was left in the park position (easy to do having done the same myself) leading to a flat battery on trying to start the bike. Instantly the driver made contact with KD who instructed him to bring the bike back ASAP as they were happy not with the situation, resulting a full re-check of the bike fitting a new battery and delivery back today at no expense to me. Highly delighted with the professional response and service.
